From Santa Barbara we take care of the planet as much as we do you and we have launched an initiative to restore your jewelry at no cost to encourage responsible consumption.

Over time, or due to incorrect use, the pieces can deteriorate and lose the gold plating.

To extend the durability of your jewelry, we give you polishing and plating in 24k gold or 925 silver.

How does it work?

The service consists of restoration , polishing and plating in 24k gold or 925 silver and only the first one will be free, so you can be encouraged to do it in the future.
You pay the shipping costs and we will return your jewelry as the first day at no cost. The value of €15 in the service counts as logistical costs for collection and return, passing through our local suppliers.

Please do not use promotional codes as they will not be validated.
Delivery times are confirmed once the jewelry is received or you can consult it via email before requesting the service.
If you want to send us a piece of jewelry made outside of Santa Barbara, we will gladly give it a new life, but the process will be by sending us an email to info@barbarasanta.com.
