RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To process a return, you must:
Send us an email to info@barbarasanta.com with the subject “RETURN”.

Please indicate your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason for the return request.

Once we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the payment received, deducting the shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase.

After 14 days, Santa Barbara will not accept the return of its products.

IMPORTANT:

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition. If the packaging is damaged, it will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Returns must be sent to our offices at the buyer's responsibility and expense. The customer must ensure that the package arrives at our office without damage or loss. Santa Barbara is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages during shipping.

If the products received show signs of use, Santa Barbara will not issue a refund, and the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs if they wish to have their products returned. Otherwise, Santa Barbara will not ship the products.

CHANGES

To exchange a size, model, or product, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

Send us an email to info@barbarasanta.com with the subject line "EXCHANGE" indicating the order number and the product you wish to exchange.

We will contact you to process the return.

Once we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to ship the selected product.

  • If the products received show signs of use, Santa Barbara will not exchange them, and the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for a return. Otherwise, Santa Barbara will not ship used or new products.

WARRANTY

The Santa Barbara Warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise, but in no case those caused by improper use by the customer. Specifically, it does not cover:

  • Damage due to loss or theft.

  • Wear and tear caused by improper use, lack of care (chlorine, saltpeter, alcohol, perfumes), or accidents (see our jewelry care guide).

  • Wear or aging of the jewelry

  • Damage caused by repairs not carried out by Santa Barbara

Our jewelry is made to Santa Barbara's high-quality standards.

The warranty for a Santa Barbara jewelry item is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept any payment methods other than those mentioned above. If you attempt to make a payment using a method other than those we support, we are not responsible for any loss of payment or any other damage or incident. International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees upon arrival.

All applicable duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Additionally, some orders may experience customs delays. All payments are charged in European euros. Currency conversion is for reference only. We suggest checking with your credit card issuing bank for the exact exchange rate.

We do not account for changes in exchange rates and will not issue price adjustments based on exchange rate fluctuations.
