• How long will it take to receive my order?

Santa Bárbara undertakes to ship orders within a maximum period of one business day from when you make your purchase.

Orders to Spain peninsula take a maximum of 4 to 6 business days.

For the rest of the countries of the European Union the times are 5 to 10 business days.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, orders may arrive within 7 to 10 business days.


• Can I cancel or change my order?

Once the order has been sent it cannot be modified, however if after completing the order you detect an error in the address or want to change any of the products, please write to us immediately at info@barbarasanta.com and we will do everything possible to help you.


• Do you ship to everyone?

Santa Barbara guarantees shipping to Spain, the European Union and the USA. For orders from the rest of the world, please send us an email to info@barbarasanta.com.


• Where is my order?

Once we ship your order, we will send you an email with a link where you can track your order live.

• Can I return my order or exchange it?

Yes, you have 30 calendar days from when you receive the order to exchange or return it. Check the conditions here.


• What do I do if my order arrives defective or in poor condition?

All our pieces are prepared taking care of every detail in our studio. Your order must arrive in perfect condition, if this is not the case, please contact us by sending an email to info@barbarasanta.com attaching a photograph of possible damages or defects and we will assist you immediately.


• How long does my jewelry have a warranty?

All your jewelry has a guarantee. If you suffer any damage, please contact us by sending us an email to info@barbarasanta.com with your order number and we will contact you within a maximum period of 24 hours.


• My jewel has lost its gold plating, what can I do?

All Santa Barbara jewelry has a protective gold plating treatment, however we strongly recommend following the care tips for your jewelry.

• What material is your jewelry made of?

All our jewelry is made with brass and plated in 24K gold or 925 silver free of cadmium, lead and nickel with a protective layer that extends the durability of the plating.

 

• Does each jewel come with its own metal box?

No, we include only 1 box per shipment where all your jewelry will be sent. If you want to give gifts or have them presented individually in a box, you must purchase them. It is found in our store.


• How can I know what my ring size is?

You can see all the information in SIZE GUIDE.


• What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with credit or debit card.


• Is it safe to shop in Santa Barbara?

Yes, we have the corresponding SSL certificates to protect your data. We ensure that all payments and personal information are treated with a high level of security.
